| For PAN India expansion, the authorized committee from Aircel contacted Live-In Space for office space. |
| Their key requirements were :- |
1. The location specification was :- |
| 1 .Bangalore: 31,000 sq ft. |
2. Centre of a commercial hub. |
| 2. Hubli: 10,000 sq ft. |
3. Near to its competitors like Airtel and Hutch. |
| 3. Delhi: 30,000 sq ft. |
4. Near to the Tata Tele services/VSNL Backbone or hub. |
| 4. Cochin :30,000 sq ft. |

| 5. Mumbai: 30,000 sq ft. |
|
|
| Aircel clearly said that they would see only the first two options and then they will move out to the next vendor. |
| Keeping the requirements in mind, Live-In Space gave the best option to Aircel in all the above five location. |
